Sending an enquiry, requesting a consultation or discussing a possible project does not by itself create a binding contract. A project becomes binding only when the parties agree the scope, fees, responsibilities and other applicable terms.

3. Project information

Descriptions of services are general and may be adapted to the needs of a particular project. Timelines, availability, pricing and deliverables are confirmed separately.

4. Talent bookings

Artist availability and booking terms are subject to confirmation. No artist engagement is secured until the applicable agreement and payment requirements are completed.

5. Intellectual property

The House of Asake name, logo, website design, text and supplied creative materials may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission. Reference mockups and generated assets included in the downloadable package are provided for the House of Asake website project.

6. External services

External links are provided for convenience. House of Asake is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party services.
